I was the face of the university for prospective students and their families. I was tasked with showcasing the university's values and opportunities, both on campus and at recruitment events. This role demanded a high level of communication skills and a deep understanding of the university's offerings.

  • Assisted in organising and executing university open days and other marketing events.

I honed my customer service skills and contributed to a cause I deeply care about. I handled multiple roles from managing the retail store front, sorting and organising donations, to interacting with customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
